Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Package item securely with all original materials
- Ship using provided return label
- Receive refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

- Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nooragate.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
