We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or customized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Digital downloads or software

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at returns@nooragate.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping label
  4. Package item securely with all original materials
  5. Ship using provided return label
  6. Receive refund within 5-10 business days after we receive the item

Refund Information

  • Refunds processed to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nooragate.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and full refund or replacement.
